#### What is GTC Washington, D.C.?

NVIDIA GTC Washington, D.C. is a three-day event that brings together NVIDIA customers and partners doing innovative, meaningful work across government and industries. AI visionaries and solution experts will lead 70+ sessions, hands-on workshops, and demonstrations covering agentic AI and physical AI, high-performance computing, sensor processing, and other topics related to the global AI infrastructure.

#### Is GTC Washington, D.C. taking place online or in person?

GTC Washington, D.C. 2025 is an in-person event. There are no virtual options for attendees. Recorded sessions will be available on NVIDIA On-Demand after the event.

#### When and where is GTC Washington, D.C. taking place?

#### Where can I find the session list, and how can I build my personal agenda?

You can browse the session catalog and click the “Add to Schedule” button on a specific session to add it to your personal calendar. Attendance to in-person sessions is first come, first served and adding a session to your schedule doesn't guarantee a seat in the room.

#### How can I register for GTC Washington, D.C.?

#### Are there any discounts available?

#### Do I have to register to attend the conference?

Yes, registration is required to attend GTC.

#### I’m under the age of 18. Can I register for GTC Washington, D.C.?

The minimum age to attend GTC in person is 18.

#### What method of payment do you accept?

Credit cards, wire transfers, and checks are acceptable methods of payment until Friday, September 12, 2025. After this date, only credit card payments will be accepted. Your registration must be paid in full in order to attend the conference.

#### What description or company name will appear on my credit card statement when I register?

After registering for GTC, the transaction will appear on your credit card or bank statement as “RAINFOC\*NVIDIA GTCDC25".

#### Where can I find the receipt for my registration?

Click [here](https://register.nvidia.com/flow/nvidia/gtcdc25/reg) to log in to your attendee portal, navigate to “My Registration”, then click on “Download Invoice(s)” in the top right corner.

#### Is there a deadline to register?

There’s no deadline to register for GTC, but it’s very likely that the event will sell out, so early registration is recommended.

#### What is the cancellation policy?

If you can’t make the event, please email your cancellation requests to [GTC\_registration@nvidia.com](mailto:GTC_registration@nvidia.com). The following processing fees will apply:

* Before 11:59 p.m. CST, Friday, October 3, 2025:
  + A $50 processing fee/cancellation penalty will apply for full-day workshop and conference passes
* After 11:59 p.m. CST, Friday, October 3, 2025: No refunds will be granted.
* No-shows are ineligible for refunds.

Substitution requests will be granted but must be received by 11:59 p.m. CST, Friday, October 24, 2025. To transfer your registration to a colleague, please email [GTC\_registration@nvidia.com](mailto:GTC_registration@nvidia.com), and we'll be happy to assist you.

#### I’m no longer able to attend GTC Washington, D.C. Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?

Substitution requests will be granted but must be received by 11:59 p.m. CST, Friday, October 24, 2025. To transfer your registration to a colleague, please email [GTC\_registration@nvidia.com](mailto:GTC_registration@nvidia.com).

#### Can I be denied registration?

NVIDIA reserves the right to deny registration to any individual or entity for any reason, at our sole discretion. These include past or present failure to meet NVIDIA’s standards of conduct, as well as (but not limited to) engaging in violent, illegal, threatening, or discriminatory conduct. ### Keynote

#### When is NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang’s keynote?

Jensen Huang’s keynote address will take place on Tuesday, October 28 at 12:00 pm. ET.

#### What is the keynote bag policy?

While laptops and small bags are allowed inside the venue, we encourage attendees to keep their belongings to a minimum. This will help ensure a smooth and efficient entry process for all attendees. You’ll need to remove your laptop and any other large devices from your bag while going through security screening. Bag check is also available in the West Salon on Level 1.

### Traveling to Washington D.C.

#### Are there discounted hotel rates for attendees?

#### How do I request a visa invitation letter?

GTC welcomes all international attendees and we’re committed to making the process as seamless as possible.

As part of your GTC registration, you may request an invitation letter through the registration form. After completing your registration and payment, your invitation letter will be emailed to you within a week. If for any reason your visa is denied, we’ll issue a full refund of your registration payment.

#### Which airport should I fly into?

Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) is five miles from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Get more information on [ground transportation options](https://www.flyreagan.com/parking-transportation/ground-transportation) from DCA.

#### Where should I park?

The Walter E. Washington Convention Center has several nearby parking garages and lots with options for hourly and daily rates.

#### Is there a Parent’s Room available at GTC Washington, D.C.?

Yes, Mamava pods are located throughout the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Refrigerators or coolers aren't provided in the Mamava pods, but ice packs are available. Please bring your own cooler.

#### Is there a water station available?

Hydration stations are located throughout the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

#### Will food and beverages be provided?

On Monday, October 27 and Wednesday, October 29, lunch will be provided for those with a Conference or Full-Day Workshop pass. You can pick it up in Hall B.

Lunch is also available for purchase at concession stands throughout the venue.

On Tuesday, October 28, Grab and Go brunch snack items will be available in Hall D.

A full dinner will not be served. However, the Evening Receptions on Tuesday, October 28 and Wednesday, October 29 include a selection of appetizers and are open to registrants with a Conference or Exhibits Only pass.

All meals include meat and vegetarian options.

#### I submitted a special meal request during registration. Where can I pick that up?

Halal and Kosher lunch meals will be available for pick-up from the special meal table in Hall B on Monday, October 27 and Wednesday, October 29.

Vegetarian, gluten-friendly, and vegan meal options will be identified and available at the meal pick-up locations.

#### Is there a Quiet Room at GTC?

Yes, to support sensory well-being, GTC offers a Quiet Room in Hall A—Show Office. These screen-free spaces are dedicated to quiet, calm, and serenity. Please be mindful of others when entering.

#### Is there a Multi-Faith Room?

Yes, a Multi-Faith Room is located in Hall B—Show Office B1, dedicated to quiet, calm, and serenity. Please be mindful of others when entering.

#### Are there luggage storage facilities available in the convention center?

Yes, there will be a coat check at the convention center that will also be able to store luggage. Coat check is located on Level 1 in Hall B.
